We partner with logistics aggregators such as Shiprocket (including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart and others). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and tracking details are shared via email/SMS. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability. Once dispatched, title and risk transfer to the customer. For issues such as delay or damage, please contact our support team for resolution.
9. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable at checkout. Shipping and handling fees, where applicable, are displayed before payment. Prices may vary between online and offline platforms.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank account.
